How a figure gets here

A researcher reads the government page and copies the sentence that states the rule.

A program then checks that the sentence, and every number in it, is on that page.

A figure whose sentence or number is not on its page is not published.

Every published figure was then approved by a person.

Where the page is not in English, the sentence stays as printed.

An English rendering, checked for its numbers, sits beside it in the data.

Sikap keeps an internal confidence score for each figure.

It is 95 when two official pages state the same rule, and 80 when one page does.

A score below 80 is never published.
